| DOMESTIC (US) SHIPPING: All orders are sent Priority Mail w/ Delivery Confirmation. You will be charged a flat rate for shipping of $6.50. If you want Insurance, please be sure to let me know that, so that the price can be added on. Shipping is free on orders over $65.

| INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: I do ship internationally and charge actual shipping. I have had good success with the Global Priority Envelopes. International orders will receive a separate shipping invoice once the order is ready to ship for the extra shipping, depending on if the order will ship in a flat rate envelope or box. International customers receive 1/2 price shipping on orders over $65.

| TAT: Turn-around time is usually less than two weeks. While I would love for this time frame to be shorter, I have a husband and 3 busy kids who require my attention first. Again, please feel free to contact me at any time to ask for an update on when your order will ship.

| REFUNDS: While I hope that every scent you order will be one you love, I realize that sometimes a scent won't be to your liking. Before ordering a lot of products in one scent, you might want to consider ordering a smaller product in the scent to see if you like it. I am a small business and cannot offer refunds on a scent if you don`t care for it.
